Charandeep Chhabra is a certified PRINCE 2 and PROSCI Change Management practitioner with over 14 years of experience specialising in operational business and general management. He is a highly motivated individual with a positive approach to achieving tasks and objectives. Charandeep has the capability of performing multiple roles in General Management, Account Management, Project Management and Business Change Management while focusing on delivery, people and stakeholders.
He is a strong team member with excellent communication skills who identifies key issues and seeks new ways to implement business processes. Charandeep is experienced in working at senior management level, with the possession of strong people management skills to oversee large and multi-disciplined teams. He is a financially astute manager with a broad knowledge of operating costs and margins as well as a disciplined leader and team builder who thrives on complex challenges; both technical and commercial.

He started his career working for large hotel chains across Australia and UK in middle to senior management. Working for such a heavy customer service oriented organizations helped Charandeep to extensively develop his skills, to handle extreme pressure, stakeholders from all parts of the world and also able to manage large teams and budgets. In early 2000 he decided to move into IT and Professional Services industry and hence joined Consulting firms. Charandeep joined Ajilon in 2008 as senior management consultant
